FAQ

Welcome to our section for frequently-asked-questions. If you can't find what you're looking for on the website, or in here, you really are the inquisitive type and we'd love to hear from you!

1. Are you a church?

Yes! We're aware that we don't look like one on the outside (and sometimes on the inside!), but Resound is a family of people committed to faith in the God revealed through the Bible, and we believe that this makes us a church. We believe that church is a building which hosts people who worship God, but we also believe that those individuals actually are the church, too. This means they represent God, and Christianity wherever they are in the world.

2. Is the building disabled-friendly?

Very! The Resound building was designed in accordance with the latest Building Regulations, with level thresholds, a lift and accessible WCs to ensure ease of use for disabled people. There is also the option of creating a hearing loop for those who require this.

3. What about your impact on the environment?

We are proud to have made a big commitment to creating an environmentally responsible building. Our solar panels generate electricity, the building collects rain water for flushing our toilets, and we recycle as much of our waste as possible.

4. Can I hire the building?

If you represent a corporate client, or are a member of the community, please refer to our corporate site for more detailed information on using the building. If you are a regular member of Resound Church, contact us via the main office.

5. When is your cafe open?

The Resound cafe currently only opens for specific events taking place at Resound, where our trained team are happy to serve you a variety of drinks including ethically sourced coffee and fairly traded tea (delicious home made cakes and snacks are also available!).
